A singular sculptural piece. Hand built from, porcelain clay, each strand of fur was individually rolled and applied. Once the piece was dry, colored tera sigilatas - a very fine clay slip - was brushed on to add vibrant color and a unique sheen. This piece was single-fired to 2180 degrees f over 8 hours.
Something Wicked measures about 6 inches in length, and hangs on the wall by a single nail or screw via a keyhole on the back of the piece. It can be hung indoors or out, though it's best to protect it from harsh weather.
It weighs about 12 ounces.
